AOP Preparation: Achieving AOP Sales Revenue on a monthly basis for the assigned countries for the financial year AOP of Domestic West Sales. Coordination for AOP preparation; Budget Planning and Monitoring; Pricing Strategy for KOPL HO and outsourced/Trading products. Developing customers in the Region: Growing business with distributors & customers, coordinating for Agency/Distributor Development, end customer development, and executing strategies for new market development and penetration. Customer Visit: Interacting with customers daily and updating CRM. Visiting existing & new customers for generating business revenue and building relationships. Representing KOPL at industry events (Exhibitions, Conferences, and Customer meetings). Driving new customer relationships, familiarizing with the history of customer’s company, KOPL, and the relationship with distributors, exploring the requirements of new products. Assisting in the development and execution of strategies for new market development and penetration. CRM/Sales Force/Sales Tools Responsibility: Responsible for CRM entries and monitoring. Continuously updating new market developments/market trends on products, pricing, and suppliers. Reviewing CRM graphs & reports with Marketing, Accounts & Finance Team. Budget & Sales Planning: Preparation of Monthly Cash Flow, Expenditure, and Profits generated. Submitting Cash flow of the month by the 22nd based on CRM Module. Responsible for Payment collection Overdue, Debtors, and Creditors. Material Planning & Stock Management as per regional customer requirements. Market Development & Product Promotion: Responsible for Advertisement and New Product Promotion. Preparing monthly marketing charts product-wise & country-wise in coordination with Product Owner & Marketing Team. Preparing Digital Marketing Plan (Webinar, E-mail, Linked In Campaign, etc.) in coordination with Digital Marketing team. Inventory Management: Assisting Business Manager for inventory as per Cash flow & business requirements. Regulatory: Coordinating for registration of products as per regional regulatory requirements. Coordinating with Logistics Team to dispatch all orders through generating BOL and coordinating with the warehouse for timely dispatch.
