Job Title: Iron Ore Market Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Iron Ore Market Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our ferrous business through strategic relationship-building and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • IDentify and cultivate relationships with potential clients to increase market presence.
  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to enhance business offerings and services provided.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions to clients.
  • Distribute relevant pricing and data to clients.
  • Presentation of new product launches and initiatives to clients.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual KPIs to drive overall business revenue.
  • Provide structured and professional monthly reports to management.

Requirements

  • Existing relationships within the iron ore/steel markets preferred but not essential.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of broking experience or commodities sales experience.
  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident, professional, and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
