Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of a cluster of clinics, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Manage clinic budgets, resources, and staffing to achieve business objectives. Implement process improvements to enhance patient flow, reduce wait times, and increase productivity. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of clinic managers and staff to achieve departmental goals. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs. Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care, excellent customer service, and positive patient experiences. Implement patient satisfaction initiatives and monitor feedback to drive improvements. Drive business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and competitive intelligence. Identify opportunities to increase revenue, expand services, and enhance market share. Requirements Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in clinic operations management and leadership. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data, think strategically, and make informed decisions. Experience with clinic management software and systems.
