Job Title: Area Support Executive (Operations)
Role Overview:
Reports to the Area Manager in supporting store operations, ensuring compliance, and assisting with daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with routine store checks and audits.
Support random cash audits, form updates, and store maintenance checks.
Monitor customer deposits, license expiries, and coordinate equipment calibration.
Provide ROP/AML updates and operational guidance.
Execute and implementation of new initiatives and system enhancements.
Assist with staff counselling, disciplinary actions, and ensure fairness in manpower deployment.
Recommending on possible process improvements.
To ensure repairs, maintenance, and security are in order.
Assist with statutory board requirement.
Ensure valuation, marketing feedback, and pricing guidance is in place.
Assist with sales interactions and customer service.
Ensure and monitor on customer recoveries and recommend blacklisting.
Attend Ops meetings and prepare minutes.
Assist in operational updates.
Coordinate and liaise with Operations Team in store openings, closures, relocations, and stock takes.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Frequent travel to various store locations.
Diploma in business or retail management preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
