  • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Luxury Jewellery Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate daily store activities, maintaining a clean and organised environment.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, creating an engaging shopping experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Process point-of-sale transactions efficiently, managing cash handling and security procedures.
  • Assist clients with repair requests, following up on the process and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Perform daily opening and closing tasks, adhering to company SOP.
  • Count cash and secure safe boxes, maintaining a secure environment.
  • Complete assigned tasks, handle paperwork, filing, and sales reports.
  • Settle daily accounts accurately, ensuring financial integrity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
