Junior Jewellery Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Jewellery Advisor to join our team. As a Junior Jewellery Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations and maintain high standards of housekeeping.
  • Ensure accurate stock inventory and implement effective visual merchandising strategies.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide personalized product advice and recommendations.
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist with client repair requests and follow up on the process.
  • Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including cash counting and safe box management.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the manager and maintain accurate records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent sales skills and ability to meet sales targets.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for after-sales services and customer care.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic computer skills.
