EA 20S0237Employment Details Employment type: Permanent Location: Redhill MRT Working Hours: 8:30AM to 6:00PM (Mon-Fri)Salary: $5500 - 7000 per month Working Arrangement: Full Onsite Qualification: Bachelor's Degree Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Developer to join our team and drive the design, development, and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering, with experience applying these skills to solve real-world problems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for applications such as (e.g., natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, recommendation systems). Work with large datasets to train, validate, and test machine learning models. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products and services. Optimize models for performance and scalability in production environments. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML techniques and technologies. Build and maintain automated pipelines for data preprocessing, training, testing, and deployment. Monitor and improve model performance using tools like MLFlow, TensorBoard, etc. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment. Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Experience with data processing tools such as Pandas, NumPy, SQL. Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering best practices. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML services. Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating ML models into web or mobile applications. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with LLMs, Transformers, or Generative AI. Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLFlow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes). Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.
