Job Descriptions:
Assist all Engineering Department personnel with admin support.
Assist submission on technical clarifications and method statements.
Assist to coordinate with vendors/sub-contractors.
Coordinate with project coordination team members, vendors, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with document controller on design deliverables transaction to ensure smooth flow of documents.
Coordinate with other discipline engineers and project managers to prepare and generate monthly progress reports.
Required to go to site office to provide admin support.
Facilitate coordination and communication between HQ and Site Office.
Provide administrative support for Project Manager and discipline department heads.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Able to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
