Product Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Support global new product development projects through the NPD Stage Gate Process. ">
- Solid understanding of quality assurance and NPD processes. ">
- Coordinate with design engineering to define measurement methodology for critical dimensions and specifications. ">
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure a solid understanding of requirements. ">
- Lead qualification efforts, including components, materials, and vendors. ">
- Prepare control plans, inspection documentation, and quality plans. ">
- Facilitate PPAPs and customer approvals. ">
- Responsible for continuous improvement of processes and procedures. ">
- Supplier quality management - conduct supplier audits for NPD components. ">
- Training and communication - train internal teams and suppliers on quality standards and inspection criteria. ">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Degree in engineering or science with at least 3 years of QA experience. ">
- Strong knowledge of new product development stage gate process and NPD tools. ">
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated success in applying lean or six sigma tools. ">
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ">
- Demonstrated ability working successfully in a cross-functional environment to achieve quality goals. ">
