Cloud Operations Leader

We seek a seasoned Cloud Services Manager to spearhead our cloud operations team and drive execution of our clients' cloud strategies across the Singapore market.

This pivotal role involves overseeing cloud migrations, ensuring operational excellence across AWS and Azure environments, and maintaining the highest standards of security, cost efficiency, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive cloud migration roadmaps, including timelines and resource allocation.
  • Assess existing infrastructure to determine cloud readiness and identify security and performance improvements.
  • Implement robust security practices, including IAM, encryption, compliance, and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Build and manage a high-performing cloud operations team.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring, automation, and incident response processes to ensure service continuity.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives across cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud operations with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 10+ years in IT operations, including at least 5 years in cloud environments.
  • Proven expertise in AWS and Azure platforms, architectures, and best practices.
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
  • Experience in cloud security, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
