We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Operations Executive (Cleaning & Facility / Maintenance)to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations, manage manpower, and support service delivery across our client sites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of operations, supervision, and on-ground work . Responsibilities Assist in managing daily operations for multiple cleaning project sites across Singapore. Plan manpower deployment, prepare weekly schedules, and coordinate relief cleaners when needed. Conduct regular site visits to ensure service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Liaise with clients on operational matters, feedback, and follow-up actions. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new cleaners. Monitor staff attendance, work performance, and resolve manpower issues promptly. Ensure cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment are ordered, distributed, and properly maintained. Handle operational documentation such as job sheets, timesheets, and incident reports. Assist in preparing quotations, project costing, and monthly billing information. Work closely with the Operations Manager or Director to improve workflow and operational efficiency. Respond to urgent operational requests or site issues when required. Able to operate cleaning machinery and hands on with cleaning when needed Requirements Preferably 1–3 years of experience in cleaning, facilities management, or operations support. Strong coordination and multi-tasking skills; able to manage multiple small to medium projects. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Able to travel islandwide for site visits (company van provided or transport reimbursed). Driving license class 3 or class 2 is advantage but no a must. Proficient in basic Microsoft Office (Excel, WhatsApp communication, schedule planning). Able to work independently and handle fast-paced environments. Willing to work or come for urgent matters after hours when needed Working Hours Mon to Fri 8. 30 to 5.30Sat 8. 30 to 12.30Work Location Office based in Kallang Pudding Rd (Near to Mattar / Aljunied MRT), but commute to sites will be required.
