Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Industrial Engineer to lead our operations team. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional teams to continuously improve operational efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of industrial engineering concepts, practices, and principles, with a strong focus on process improvement and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement overall capacity models, plans, and expenditures to meet demand requirements.
  • Review and analyze capacity models to identify constraints and track cycle-to-cycle capacity changes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and address bottleneck processes and develop capacity improvement projects.
  • Review capital and cash flow requirements to drive activities that improve capital efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct time studies and update process cycle times to ensure optimal productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering required; Master's preferred.
  • 8 years of related experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering; semiconductor industry experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, interpersonal, written) and project management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills (6Sigma / 5S / Lean Manufacturing), and ability to use software models to solve problems.
  • Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, Visio, and simulation software.
  • Experience with reporting tools and advanced planning systems.
