Love Japanese culture? Have prior experience in handling eCommerce and digital platforms? Due to business expansion, our Japanese MNC client, a major retail and ecommerce giant, is looking for additional staff in their multi-national eCommerce and engagement team to supplement the growing demands in the region.
Some of your new job scope include:
Engaging customers and inquiries via social media platforms
Handle interactions professionally and promptly using in-house CRM system
Escalating of issues as necessary to senior management or other functional teams for follow-up
Managing of some marketing materials and e-commerce product listings and vetting as when required
Working with logistics and e-commerce teams as necessary to ensure smooth operations of the platform
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent
Strong interest in Japanese culture and businesses
Prior experience in eCommerce platforms, online customer service, community engagement would be preferred
Japanese language to reach out to Japanese customers would be preferred but not essential
