Growth Director
to own and drive user acquisition, activation, and retention on the jobseeker side. This is a strategic leadership role where you will shape the entire user journey, build vibrant communities, and create data-driven growth strategies for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead User Growth and Retention:
Own the end-to-end experience from resume submission to recommendation to interview, ensuring seamless and engaging user journeys.
Design and Execute Growth Strategies:
Develop viral growth, channel acquisition, A/B testing, and cold-start acceleration initiatives to optimize user conversion.
Enhance AI Product Experience:
Operate and iterate the interaction of our Jobseeker Copilot with a vision to evolve it into a personalized AI career companion.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver growth models and define key behavioral metrics.
Build Community Engagement:
Launch content seeding, recommendation leaderboards, interview challenges, and other initiatives to foster a thriving jobseeker community.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' experience in C-end product growth or user operations, with strong knowledge of cold-start mechanics and KPI frameworks.
Dual expertise in content operations and tool-driven growth strategies.
Experience in recruitment, career development, international markets, or student communities (especially overseas talent) is preferred.
Proven cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to lead projects end-to-end as a true owner.
Passion for AI-native products; experience with digital assistants is a plus.
