We're on the hunt for a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead and grow our Non-Technical recruitment business in Singapore.

This role is perfect for someone with an existing network of decision-makers in non-tech sectors who's ready to make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and own the Non-tech recruitment business
  • Hunt, pitch, and close new client accounts across various industries
  • Collaborate with a team of recruiters who will support you on both permanent and contract delivery
  • Drive pipeline growth with urgency
  • Be part of a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team where performance is rewarded and ownership is encouraged

What You Bring:

  • A proven sales track record—at least 3 years in a client-facing, target-driven role
  • Strong network of decision-makers in Singapore's non-tech sectors (e.g. corporate services, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.)
  • Preferably from a recruitment agency background, but we're open to professionals from other B2B sectors with relevant networks
  • A degree holder with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and excited about creating something from scratch
