We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Non-Tech Recruitment division in Singapore. ">

  • This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven sales track record and a strong network of decision-makers in Singapore's non-tech sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the Non-Tech recruitment business
  • Build relationships with clients and close new accounts across various industries
  • Collaborate with a team of recruiters to deliver permanent and contract solutions
  • Drive pipeline growth and identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing, target-driven role
  • Strong network of decision-makers in Singapore's non-tech sectors (e.g. corporate services, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.)
  • Preferably from a recruitment agency background, but open to professionals from other B2B sectors with relevant networks
  • A degree holder with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
