Read more about NIE .NIE invites suitable applications for the position of Manager in the Human Resource Department.**Responsibilities*** Provide data management support for HR systems.* Review requests for staff statistics from management, departments and government agencies, and prepare the necessary statistical reports.* Coordinate and support workplace health, safety & emergency matters relating to HR.* Support HR audits and ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and data governance policies.* Contribute to NIE and HR initiatives/projects. Play an active role in the planning and organization of HR events.* Review HR policies, schemes and processes.**Requirements*** A University Degree, preferably with specialization in Human Resource Management.* 2 to 3 years of experience in HR systems management, report preparation and data analysis.* Experience in an Institute of Higher Learning setting is advantageous, and some supervisory experience is preferred.* Knowledge of HR compliance matters, including PDPA and data governance requirements.* Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication (written and spoken) skills.* Meticulous and strong with numbers. Strong IT skills and highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.* Self-motivated, able to work independently and as a team player.* Able to handle sensitive matters with tact and discretion, while building trust and upholding confidentiality.**Closing Date**The closing date of the advertisement is 22 August 2025.
