Role Overview

As a Marketing & Operations Intern, you will play a key role in supporting both our marketing initiatives and operational processes. This dynamic role offers hands-on exposure to content creation, campaign management, influencer partnerships, visual merchandising and retail sales front end and back-end operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Marketing

• Ideate, produce, and edit short-form video content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Create visually attractive assets that will be used across both traditional and digital platforms.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, livestreams and web platforms.
• Research and engage with influencers aligned with OWELL's brand.
• Manage influencer collaborations, including negotiations and campaign execution.
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing Department.
• Support new product design and packaging box design.

Job Purpose: To develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate sales conversion.

Operation & Coordination

• Daily Store Operation – liaise with retail sales staff in the area of sales fulfilment, promotion feedback, products feedback, and visual merchandising standards.
• Customer Service Assistance – addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Administrative Coordination - Taking minutes during the marketing meeting and sales meeting, follow up with the relevant departments to execute the tasks.
• Assist team with monthly sales report and other administrative tasks.
• Selected candidate maybe required to go down to retail outlet for a few days on-the-job learning.
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Operations Department

Job Purpose: To be the essential bridge between the marketing team and sales executives for improved efficiency and communication.

Job Requirements:

• Creative Skills: Familiar with social media platforms, video editing and digital marketing tools. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Operational Interest: Keen to learn about retail operational and management processes.
• Passion for health wellness and sports enthusiasm.
• Soft Skills: Adaptable to fast-growing pace, attention to detail with a keen eye for proofreading and editing. Can-do attitude.
• Able to work 5 working days (Mon to Fri), 9.30am to 6.30pm
• No work pass application is applicable due to no more quota.

We are looking for someone who is available for a 6-months full-time internship (fresh graduates/school internships/attachments are welcome)
