About the role: We are seeking a People Analytics Specialist to join our team and shape HR strategy through data-driven analysis and advisory services. You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver dashboards, analytical tools, and presentations, while managing data and analytics projects from end to end. You will collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful delivery of data products that support performance monitoring and process optimization.
In this role, you'll get to
Provide analytical insights and advisory services via dashboards, analytical tools, and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
Act as a project manager and trusted advisor for Data & Analytics workstreams on HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and partner satisfaction; collaborate with the BI-dev team for effective communication between data engineers and stakeholders without a technical background.
Contribute to the design and development of data products, such as dashboards, presenting key datasets for performance monitoring.
Work with all HR domain teams to drive efficiency, optimize processes, and prioritize system enhancements.
What you'll need to succeed
3–5 years of experience in an analytics or strategic role (preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce or tech company), or 2–4 years in a consulting role with MBB or Big 4 firms.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Proven expertise in data analysis and statistics, advanced Excel and SQL, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
Ownership mindset with ability to meet tight deadlines, quick learner, and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
High discretion, confidentiality, and ethics, with attention to detail.
Nice to have
Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
High emotional intelligence, service leadership philosophy, and proactiveness.
Proven track record of challenging the status quo and improving processes; curiosity about the story behind the numbers.
Experience in a multicultural or international work environment.
