Beauty Xplorerz began as a home-based business in October 2023 and has since grown a loyal clientele through our expertise in henna, makeovers, and saree draping/pleating services. We're excited to announce our expansion into a physical salon space as we continue to grow our offerings.
Our team of 12 dedicated home-based professionals currently provides ad-hoc home services and shares a warm, collaborative working environment. As we take this next step, we're looking for passionate and skilled individuals to join us-particularly those experienced in nails, waxing, threading, facials, lashes, and embroidery .

Position: Beauty Salon Coordinator
Roles & Responsibilties
  • Perform administrative duties including managing calls, booking appointments, keeping track of daily sales
  • Assisting in liasing with external vendors/models for collaborations
  • Replying emails from the mall and coordinating for mall promotions
  • Other ad-hoc admin duties
  • If you take up roles at least 1 more of the following skill sets, it would be an added advantage:
  • - Nail art
  • - Haircut/Hairstyling
  • - Eyebrow embroidery
  • - Lash extension
  • - Waxing/Threading
  • - Facial
  • - Makeup (MUA)
  • - Sareetying/Saree pre pleating
  • Maintain a hygienic work environment
  • Willingness to learn new skills and participate in trainings
  • When there are no clients, assisting the other staff to create social media content
Requirements
  • GCE A level, IB or equivalent
  • Diploma/ITE in beauty certifications/customer service related
  • With or Without experience
  • Without experience, fresh graduates are welcome
  • With experience - higher basic will be given accordingly.
  • Able to work on weekends and PH, or weekday evenings
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organisational skills, data management in excel and basic computer skills
  • Interest/experience in creating social media content

  • Full time position - $2000 basic + comms + Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
  • Option of 5 weekdays (2 off days) or 2 long weekend shifts + 2 weekdays (3 off days)
