**Position Summary**:
As our **Salon Coordinator**, you’ll be the friendly face and organised mind that keeps our salon running smoothly. You’ll greet clients, manage appointments, support our talented beauty team, and ensure every client leaves feeling pampered and special.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**

**Front Desk Management**
- Greet clients warmly and make them feel welcome.
- Maintain the appointment calendar and minimize scheduling conflicts.

**Customer Service**
- Handle client inquiries about services, prices, and packages
- Manage client check-in and check-out smoothly.
- Handle complaints or special requests with professionalism and care.

**Team Coordination**
- Communicate client needs and special instructions to stylists and therapists.
- Ensure that staff adhere to the daily schedule.
- Support the team during peak hours (e.g., festival seasons)

**Administrative Tasks**
- Maintain accurate client records and contact information.
- Assist with inventory checks for beauty products and supplies.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Assist with basic social media or promotional tasks

**Salon Maintenance Support**
- Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean and tidy.
- Keep brochures, magazines, and product displays organized.Support basic hygiene protocols (e.g., sanitisation of common areas).

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or receptionist role (experience in beauty industry preferred).
- Basic knowledge of beauty services
- Friendly and professional with excellent communication skills.
- Good organisational and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and payment processing
