Overview Kramer is hiring a Presales Engineer to provide presales support in the ASEAN region. This role reports to the Regional Sales Director, ASEAN. Responsibilities Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations. Planning and conducting trainings to channel partners and end-customers at a regional level. Supporting regional trainings and events as needed. Ensuring proposed solutions are best practice and in line with client's requirements. Managing the sales bid process by working closely with the sales team. Working closely with the sales team to ensure successful closure of the sales process. Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements. Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes. Who You Are You work with urgency, analysing and adapting to different situations, quickly understanding changes and reacting confidently and decisively. You build trust, good working relationships and communicate effectively with your colleagues and external customers. You are passionate about your area of expertise, enabling it to support people to work better and achieve more. Education & Experience Diploma or degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration. Five years of industry experience, including two or more years in sales engineering or consultancy. Good knowledge of IT network infrastructure and management. Strong presentation and communication skills. Willingness to travel. Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) and/or Cisco certification will be an added advantage.
