Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical solutions for inverters and drives.
  • Conduct site troubleshooting and LV drive commissioning.
  • Organize in-house trainings for the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Provide technical trainings/seminars at consultants' and end-users' premises.
  • Assist the sales team in regional distribution network expansion.
  • Compose bills of materials based on tender specifications.
  • Provide customer support by understanding technical requirements and proposing optimal solutions to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Conduct market studies and provide feedback.
  • Prepare technical manuals, articles, and maintain a technical database.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience handling low-voltage electrical products such as drives, motors, and PLCs.
  • Knowledge and experience with VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives).
  • Hands-on in providing pre- and post-sales technical solutions.
  • Strong site troubleshooting and application skills.
