Administrative Support Role

The Administrative Executive/Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering a warm and professional welcome to all guests and callers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming calls, handle enquiries, and greet visitors with a smile.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
  • Office Maintenance: Oversee office maintenance, facilities management, and coordinate internal and external meetings or events.
  • Clerical Tasks: Handle correspondence, mail, and courier services, both local and international.
  • Expense Reporting: Prepare and track expense reports with accurate documentation and receipts.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings, transportation, and visa applications.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in administrative and receptionist roles.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a mid- to large-sized team.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive attitude and strong teamwork spirit.
