Job Overview
We are looking for a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our company. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and staff in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and bookings
- Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, document preparation)
- Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or administrative assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Minimum qualification: (e.g., O-Level/N-Level/Diploma or equivalent)
- Experience in (insert industry, if applicable) is a plus
- Working hour from 9am to 6pm
- 5 days week
- Near City Hall MRT Station
