As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will identify, strategize and grow key customer prospects by designing, building and growing our social media presence. At its core, marketing at PSO starts with technology and ends with the client, bringing both together in unconventional ways. - Key Responsibilities - Lead the ideation, development, and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns focused on acquiring new customers, while optimising the media mix across both digital and traditional advertising channels. Manage and curate content on social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram by crafting engaging posts, executing targeted advertising campaigns, and analysing performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams at PSO to effectively communicate product launches, ongoing promotions, and key company updates. Create and edit compelling content for websites, articles, social media posts, and other marketing materials. Continuously monitor the company’s social media presence, track competitor activities, and stay informed on industry trends. Design and launch interactive online contests and dynamic social media campaigns to enhance engagement and strengthen relationships with both new and existing customers. Assess the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies through data analysis, offering actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Recommend digital marketing budgets and implement resource allocation strategies to maximise the impact of marketing initiatives. - Benefits of joining us - Open concept layout office located near Novena MRT. Exposure to the financial industry. - Role Requirements - Qualifications: A full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma, a Polytechnic Diploma from Singapore, or an equivalent academic qualification. Eligibility: Open to Singapore Citizens. Work Hours: Full-Time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Key Skills & Attributes: Strong innovation skills with a deep understanding of the target market. Proficient in editing software from the Adobe Creative Suite or similar applications. Highly attuned to current market trends and consumer behavior. Ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights to inform strategies. Creativity and a passion for digital marketing trends.
