Job Opportunity

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will oversee the management of day-to-day projects in Afloat Repairs, Lifesaving & Fire-Fighting Inspection and offshore projects on Ships/Rigs.

  • Manage project quotations, send to management approval.
  • Prepare project costing for job completion settlement with clients.
  • Issue material requisition to supply department for purchase.
  • Coordinate company repair team and / or subcontractors for the job execution.
  • Liaise with clients for project coordination;
  • Manage tools & equipment calibration periodically at require.
  • Handover related contact information in written to logistic coordinator for transportation arrangement
  • Manage all documentation & certificates ready for the project and submit to the client once job completion

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Marine Engineering or equivalent, experience in marine machinery and equipment, and past experience in Shipyard or working on board of ship is preferred. Experience in coordinating marine service work, especially afloat repairs will be an advantage.

Requirements:
