3. Domain - Strong experience in eCommerce and Retail industry and solutions, i.e. payment
gateway, Point of Sales, Sales Automation, Products, offers etc.

  • Technology – Experience in Java Technologies and best practise implementations.
  • Good understanding of Enterprise systems and their integrations (API), Managing

dependencies and coordinating with other stakeholders.
6. Strong understanding of controlling and running projects within estimated budgets,
schedule and quality.
Desired/ Secondary skills:

  • Project Management certifications, CSM, PMP, Prince2.
  • Experience in Unix / Linux / Mac environment
  • Experience in cloud environments, AWS
  • Working in Agile / Scrum environment
  • Strong negotiation, coordination and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
