Cyber Governance Lead

As a seasoned leader in governance and assurance, you will oversee the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that drive service delivery excellence, ensure compliance, and optimize operational efficiency.

This role involves managing teams of quality analysts and delivery assurance professionals to uphold industry standards, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and elevate service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive quality & IT service management systems aligned with industry standards (ISO 27001, ISO 20000, COBIT).
  • Establish and maintain quality audit frameworks to ensure adherence to ITIL processes across service lines, enhancing audit readiness and issue remediation.
  • Design and execute risk mitigation strategies to safeguard client trust and ensure regulatory compliance, identifying and managing cross-functional risks.

Strategic Initiatives

  • Develop and implement process centralization initiatives to realize cost savings and improve service delivery efficiency.
  • Identify automation opportunities and provide input during requirements and development phases; monitor post-deployment success rates.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to support smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Quality Assurance & Governance

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality & IT service management systems aligned with industry standards (ISO 27001, ISO 20000, COBIT).
  • Establish and maintain quality audit frameworks to ensure adherence to ITIL processes across service lines, enhancing audit readiness and issue remediation.
  • Oversee internal audits related to information security and service delivery compliance, enhancing audit readiness and issue remediation.

Required skills and qualifications include experience in service delivery management, governance, and quality assurance, as well as strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Expertise in ITIL, ISO standards, COBIT, and risk management frameworks is necessary. Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills are required. Ability to drive operational excellence and foster sustainable growth is crucial.
