Job Title: Cyber Governance Lead

Cyber governance is a critical aspect of risk management for any organization. As a cyber governance lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our cyber risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple risk and control programs to ensure consistency and excellence across the organization.
  • Develop and implement a risk control coverage strategy to mitigate emerging risks and ensure appropriate risk mitigation actions are in place.
  • Supervise the efforts of the risk control team and assist with prioritizing and addressing roadblocks encountered.
  • Identify and assign key metrics (e.g. KRI/KPIs) to support effective monitoring and management of operational risk, including controls assurance.
  • Provide strong oversight of CAP remediation activities and ensure issues identified and corrective actions are raised to address gaps.
  • Support technology platform remediation activities and ensure timely completion of corrective actions relating to both self-identified and audit issues.
  • Drive manager's control assessment monitoring, quarterly approvals, and improvements required.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in risk and compliance, preferably in information security risk management.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of APAC regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to negotiate at senior levels.
  • Full management responsibility of a team or multiple teams.
