Night Shift Front Desk Professional
We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented individual to support our front desk operations during evening and overnight hours. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensure seamless operational processes, and handle administrative duties with efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during night shifts (e.g., 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM or as scheduled), ensuring a smooth and secure experience for members and guests.
- Customer Service: Provide professional assistance to members, guests, and visitors via phone, email, or in person, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Check-in/Check-out Procedures: Process member and guest arrivals and departures efficiently, issue access cards/passes, and maintain accurate records.
- Inquiry Handling: Respond to member and guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs.
- Safety and Security: Monitor premises and report any safety or security concerns to relevant personnel, ensuring a safe environment for all.
- Administrative Support: Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, form processing, and end-of-day summaries with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of late night bookings, facility usage, or maintenance requests, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Emergency Protocols: Support emergency protocols (e.g., fire alarms, first aid situations) when required, prioritizing member and guest safety.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Prior front desk or customer service experience is preferred, particularly in hospitality, club, or gym settings.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overnight, weekends, and public holidays on a rotational basis, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to supporting the team.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse individuals and teams.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and POS or booking systems.
- Trustworthiness: Trustworthy, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Physical Fitness: Physically fit and alert to handle long/night shifts, prioritizing member and guest well-being.
- Professionalism: Able to maintain professionalism and calm in emergency or challenging situations, upholding the highest standards of customer service.
