Customer Service Representative Job

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Accept and register bookings for express services
    • Offer alternatives to customers and turn information calls into sales leads or identify additional value-added services
    • Respond to customer queries with accurate information consistently
    • Enhance the service experience by exercising professionalism and empathy
    • Liaise internally to resolve customer issues and queries efficiently
    • Highlight areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance customer experience

Requirements:

  • Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in a call centre environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and PC skills with strong proficiency in English
  • Result-oriented, able to multi-task and committed to service excellence
  • Able to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
