Job Title: Night Shift Counter Staff

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Night Shift Counter Staff. As a member of our front desk operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members and guests during evening and overnight hours.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To provide excellent customer service to members and guests
  • To ensure secure and efficient operations
  • To handle administrative and facility support duties during non-peak hours
Detailed Job Description:
  1. You will operate the front desk during the night shift (e.g., 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM or as scheduled)
  2. Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors professionally
  3. Perform check-in/check-out procedures, issue access cards/passes
  4. Handle member and guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  5. Monitor premises and report any safety or security concerns to relevant personnel
  6. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of counter/reception area
  7. Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, form processing, and end-of-day summaries
  8. Record and manage late night bookings, facility usage, or maintenance requests
  9. Support emergency protocols (e.g., fire alarms, first aid situations) when required
  10. Coordinate with cleaning/security staff or duty managers for overnight issues
  11. Prepare shift handover notes for the incoming morning team
Requirements:
  • Prior front desk or customer service experience is preferred
  • Willingness to work overnight, weekends, and public holidays on a rotational basis
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS or booking systems)
  • Trustworthiness, punctuality, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Physical fitness and alertness to handle long/night shifts
  • Able to maintain professionalism and calm in emergency or challenging situations
