What You Will Be Working On Social Media Strategy and Content Creation: Conceptualise, develop and implement social media strategies to boost the visibility of anti-drug messages and the CNB brand. This includes researching trends, creating engaging content, crafting copy, supporting event coverage and working with vendors. Social Media Platform Management: Manage and monitor CNB's social media accounts and other social media pages. This includes assessing and responding to feedback. Social Media Insights and Reporting: Track performance and analyse data for insights on audience engagement and strategy effectiveness, and prepare regular management reports. Capability Development: Assist with budget, resource planning and procurement for social media operations. Media Monitoring & Relations: Monitor media and online sentiments, manage media relations and support crisis communications. Job Requirements What we are looking for Highly committed and full of initiative. Willing to learn and try. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Some experience in marketing, event organising, public affairs or corporate communications would be an asset. Prepared to work on some weekday evenings and weekends, where necessary.
