Job Title: Fuel Delivery Supervisor

This role involves overseeing fuel delivery operations, ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods.

  • Coordinating with freight handlers to ensure efficient delivery processes.
  • Conducting daily inventory checks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coastal bunkering fuel distribution.
  • Supervise the Material & Freight Handling operator.
  • Coordinate fuel delivery.
  • Scan or document delivery and mark items with identifying information.
  • Maintain delivery records per day.
  • Perform prescribed safety checks on freight handling equipment and adhere to safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a freight handler in a similar industry.
  • Advanced ability to operate specialized fuel dispenser equipment.
  • Ability to adhere to safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Managing delivery schedules and coordinating with drivers.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for additional supplies when necessary.
