The product was also the National Winner and International Top 20 of the prestigious James Dyson Award 2020 and has gained traction with major public hospitals and orthopaedic clinics. Their digital therapy platform, consisting of KIMIA Assess and KIMIA Move products, uses artificial intelligence technology for digital MSK assessment and therapy. This platform is capable of providing pre-consultation assessments and real-time exercise guidance and feedback to musculoskeletal patients and is being adopted by some of the largest private healthcare providers in the region, along with large corporate players. Overview We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Customer Success Executive to lead our customer engagement and marketing strategies in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing and customer success roles, driving growth, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of strategic marketing campaigns across various digital and offline channels to achieve business goals. Oversee the end-to-end customer journey, from onboarding and engagement to retention and renewal. Develop and implement customer success strategies that maximize customer lifetime value and reduce churn. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers to understand their needs and ensure their success. Collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to align efforts and optimize the customer experience. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and campaign performance data to continually refine marketing and customer success initiatives. Report directly to senior management with insights, recommendations, and performance metrics. Drive brand awareness and lead generation through innovative marketing tactics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in marketing and customer success roles, preferably in a senior or leadership capacity. Proven ability to design and execute successful marketing campaigns and customer success programs. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
