Responsibilities
Assist in office administration and duties
Planning and arranging the schedule of both local and overseas meetings
Filing of client correspondence and supporting documents
Preparation for client meetings and supporting documents
Taking minutes and assisting to deploy action points after meetings
Gather the necessary business records used for banking processes
Ensure accurate and timely updates of company claims and payroll transactions
Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer databases in various functional systems
Assist in month-end and year-end closing
Manage appropriate use of information technology systems, software, and tools for data analysis
Other ad-hoc administrative and accounting assignments
Job Highlights

Job Requirements
GCE O level and above, LCCI book-keeping or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in either administrative and/or accounting position is a plus
Ability to work autonomously and independently with good time management skills
Good team player, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate in Chinese will be given priority consideration
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
