manufacturing and maintenance.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Regional Head of Supply Chain & Operations to oversee regional

supply chain, align regional business strategies, and lead operational excellence and continuous improvement

initiatives across the APAC region.

  • Lead development and implementation of operations and distribution strategies across the APAC region;
  • Manage regional supply chain networks;
  • Spearhead initiatives to continuously improve efficiency and productivity in logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations;
  • Oversee management of inventory, ensuring maximum inventory turnover and cost efficiency;
  • Establish and maintain a resilient logistics network that ensures timely and cost-effective delivery of products across diverse markets;
  • Ensure adherence to local and international regulatory and customs requirements;
  • Lead and oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives across all operations in the region;
  • Manage facilities, including offices and warehouses, aligning with operational needs;
  • Lead and advocate for a robust customer-focused culture, incorporating it into supply chain solutions;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience in a end-to-end warehouse operations and supply chain management;
  • Experience leading strategic and operational initiatives;
  • Experience managing regional teams;
  • Familiarity with process improvement frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma;
  • Strong management skills, with ability to interact with people from various levels;
  • Positive personality, with a customer-centric attitude;
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, with a can-do attitude.
