Ipsos Strategy3, a leading brand, marketing, and innovation consultancy, is seeking a driven, self‑motivated Principal / Senior Engagement Manager to join our Singapore team of entrepreneurial thinkers who are looking to change the marketing landscape for our clients. Job Overview Our Principal / Senior Engagement Managers play a key role in leading our client engagements, guiding your team on research, setting the vision for deliverables and presenting brand strategies to CPG and non‑CPG clients. Typical engagements include developing brand strategies, segmenting customer audiences, understanding consumer journeys, envisioning future growth pathways, and guiding innovation strategy. Responsibilities Lead multiple client engagements concurrently, working directly with senior executives. Guide research teams, set project vision, and deliver actionable brand strategies. Present brand strategies to CPG and non‑CPG clients, influencing go‑to‑market decisions. Develop new offers and capabilities to grow the Strategy3 business. Mentor junior team members while maintaining a culture of innovation and collaboration. Qualifications Over 10 years of professional experience in branding/marketing, management consulting, brand management, or market research. Strong leadership skills, both vertically and laterally, with the ability to bring clarity to teams in ambiguous situations. Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects. Cross‑functional collaboration skills and a solid understanding of market research. Executive presence, written and verbal communication skills, and the confidence to think on your feet. Proven ability to develop new offers and capabilities to grow the Strategy3 business. Strong business acumen and critical thinking with demonstrated competency in specific focus areas. Track record of leading proposals and business development. Executive presence, interpersonal skills, and the ability to instill trust in top leadership. Ability to lead, mentor, and advocate for junior team members while serving as a culture add.
