Description

The role of a Nursing Professional in our organization involves delivering high-quality patient care services, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients. The key responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering prescribed medications, providing education on proper healthcare strategies, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient conditions, including vital signs and medication management
  • Administer prescribed medications and dress or redress open wounds as needed
  • Provide education on proper home health care strategies and procedures to patients and their families
  • C coordinate with healthcare professionals, such as Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Physicians
  • Offer recommendations for devices or tools that can improve the patient's quality of life
  • Listen to patients' concerns and respond accordingly

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum Diploma in Nursing or related field
  • Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board
  • Ability to travel to multiple patients per day
  • Nursing experience in Geriatric, ICU, Emergency Unit, Medical Surgical Ward, or Palliative Care is an asset
