Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Healthcare Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.

About the Role:

  • Nursing Care: Conduct home visits for assigned clients to assess their needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Medication Management: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Wound Care: Provide wound care and dressing changes as needed.
  • Patient Education: Educate clients on healthy habits, medication management, and self-care techniques.
  • Communication: Liaise with healthcare teams, family members, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Experience in home healthcare or gerontology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
