Job Overview

The role of a Senior Palliative Care Nurse is a vital part of our healthcare team, providing high-quality care to patients with life-limiting illnesses in the comfort of their own homes.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless medical and nursing care, pain management, and compassionate support for patients and their families.
  • Act as a specialist and generalist nurse, applying nursing theory to practice and serving as a role model for other nurses, volunteers, and caregivers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A State Registered Nurse with a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) with at least 3 years of working experience.
  • Experience in Oncology or Palliative Care is highly advantageous.
  • Nurses with paediatric experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Multiplying strengths include independence, reliability, and the ability to make clinical judgements in a home-care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with people from all walks of life.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
