Overview The mission of Speechify is to make sure that reading is never a barrier to learning. Speechify’s text-to-speech products help people turn reading material into audio across multiple platforms, enabling faster reading, more reading, and better retention. We are a 100% distributed company with nearly 200 people worldwide. Our team includes frontend and backend engineers, AI research scientists, and professionals from leading tech companies and universities. This is a key role for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, and is passionate about delivering great user experiences that delight users. We are a flat organization where leadership can emerge from strong technical skills and consistent results. Work ethic, clear communication, and a strong win-before-competition mindset are valued. Our interview process includes several technical interviews, with an aim to complete them within one week.
