SCOPE OVERVIEW
Ensure the timely and accurate processing of policy payments and commissions, adhering to established procedures and deadlines.
Support the month-end closing process, including reviewing commission and referral reports, preparing journal entries, and posting them to the general ledger (Oracle).
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution.
Ensure all insurance fund transactions are accurately recorded and reported, in compliance with the organization’s fund management policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and reconcile interfund transactions, ensuring proper tracking and timely resolution to maintain accurate fund balances.
Ensure compliance with internal control policies and regulatory standards, safeguarding the organization’s financial assets.
Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and work closely with external auditors to ensure the smooth completion of audit.
Support Operations and Customer Care departments by furnishing required information timely to prevent customers' compliant.
Identify gaps in financial controls and proactively develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
Funds reservation
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent
Preferably with insurance background
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
