Job Description Establish and maintain post-delivery governance to ensure compliance and consistent execution across O&M projects. Monitor KPIs focused on operational efficiency and financial performance. Coordinate between delivery, finance, operations, and clients; facilitate performance reviews and improvement discussions. Oversee financial tracking, risk identification, and mitigation to support operational continuity. Provide executive reporting with insights on performance, incidents, and resolution outcomes. Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and cross-team collaboration. The Successful Applicant A Successful Project Manager Should Have Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline. Atleast 3 years of experience in PMO, project governance, or post-delivery operations. Strong understanding of O&M lifecycle, service delivery models, and client engagement. Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with financial oversight, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.
