Corporate Planning Manager

Job Description
Develop, review, and implement strategic plans to align with the firm's business goals and objectives.
Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify growth opportunities.
Lead corporate-level projects, such as organizational restructuring, market entry, or service line expansion.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful execution of initiatives.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with strategic initiatives.
Work with finance teams to plan and manage budgets for corporate initiatives.
Ensure efficient allocation of resources to support business priorities.
Act as a liaison between corporate planning, business units, and external stakeholders.
Facilitate regular communication to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
Review legal documents for M&A and other corporate development projects.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in corporate planning, strategy, or management consulting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Must be able to communicate, read, and write in Chinese in order to liaise with China counterparts.
Basic knowledge of commercial and construction contract law, ideally.
Requires overseas business travel.
