Corporate Planning Manager

Job Description
- Develop, review, and implement strategic plans to align with the firm's business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead corporate-level projects, such as organizational restructuring, market entry, or service line expansion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful execution of initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with strategic initiatives.
- Work with finance teams to plan and manage budgets for corporate initiatives.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to support business priorities.
- Act as a liaison between corporate planning, business units, and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular communication to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
- Reviews legal documents for M&A and other corporate development projects.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in corporate planning, strategy, or management consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Must be able to communicate, read and write in Chinese in order to liaise with China counterparts.
- Basic knowledge of commercial and construction contract law, ideally.
- Require overseas business travel.
