About the Role:

As a strategic leader in IT infrastructure management, you will be responsible for defining and executing the organisation's IT infrastructure strategy to support business goals and future scalability. This includes overseeing the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of infrastructure architecture and security operations.

This role requires thought leadership in designing secure, scalable, agile infrastructure architecture, including performance benchmarking and governance frameworks. You will drive innovation by evaluating and implementing emerging technologies to optimise IT operations, cost efficiency, and cybersecurity.

You will oversee infrastructure planning, design, and performance to meet service level expectations, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards. Additionally, you will lead the development and continuous improvement of disaster recovery, threat detection, and incident response protocols.

This position involves managing infrastructure security operations, including tool deployment, risk assessments, and stakeholder advisories. You will set and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and vendor performance to maintain high service quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

About You:

We are looking for a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field. You should have minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and/or security management roles. Good knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, infrastructure design, cloud platforms, and security standards is essential.

A proven track record in driving large-scale infrastructure programs and managing cross-functional teams is required. Experience with IT governance, policy development, and regulatory compliance frameworks is also necessary. Familiarity with AI, analytics, and automation technologies in infrastructure contexts is a plus.

Candidates must have great analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
