Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a strategic and experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for defining and executing our organisation's IT infrastructure strategy.

  1. Provide thought leadership in designing secure, scalable, and agile infrastructure architecture.
  2. Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing emerging technologies to optimise IT operations, cost efficiency, and cybersecurity.
  3. Oversee infrastructure planning, design, and performance to meet service level expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the organisation's IT infrastructure strategy and roadmap.
  • Design and implement secure, scalable, and agile infrastructure architecture.
  • Develop and improve disaster recovery, threat detection, and incident response protocols.
  • Manage infrastructure security operations and set KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and/or security management roles.
  • Good knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and infrastructure design.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
