Nous recherchons un Business Intelligence Specialist (H/F)pour rejoindre nos équipes à Genève. Vous aurez pour mission de contribuer à une étape clé de l'évolution digitale de notre client, en participant au déploiement de la solution de Business Intelligence (BI) basée sur Power BI dans un environnement Microsoft Azure. Responsabilités Recueillir et documenter les besoins identifiés auprès des utilisateurs des rapports de gestion (MIS). Participer à la mise en œuvre de la nouvelle solution MIS de la banque sur Microsoft Azure et l'écosystème Power BI (PBI, DAX). Identifier et transmettre les besoins en données à l'équipe Data Hub pour garantir la pertinence des rapports. Suivre les processus de chargement mensuels et journaliers des données afin d'anticiper les incidents de production. Garantir une qualité optimale des données et promouvoir un service de haute qualité auprès des utilisateurs. Comprendre les processus de gestion complexes et proposer des solutions efficaces. Assurer le support client pour les questions fonctionnelles, opérationnelles et techniques. Former les équipes Wealth Management sur les capacités de reporting de Power BI. Votre profil Expert en MIS avec une expérience significative dans le secteur de la banque privée. Bonne maîtrise de Power BI et des langages de modélisation comme DAX. Connaissance de SQL (un atout). Bilingue français et anglais. Expérience dans des projets d'implémentation IT. Diplôme en ingénierie informatique, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe. Maîtrise des outils bureautiques tels que MS Office. Créatif, orienté résolution de problèmes, joueur d'équipe et doté d'une grande capacité d'adaptation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
